Who we are

Custom Integrated Systems (“CIS”) operates cisalarm.com. We are a Texas security and fire systems company licensed under Security B-09570 and Fire TX ACR-1883. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 704115, Dallas, Texas 75370.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address, company, property address, and whatever you write in the message fields. The referral form also collects the name and contact details of the person you refer. The emergency contacts form collects the names and phone numbers you want on your monitoring account.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your request: schedule service, prepare a quote, send a document, or update your account.
• To contact the person you referred, with your name only if you agree.
• To keep a record of the request in our internal operations system so the right team member follows up.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted a form, and we do not share form submissions with anyone outside CIS except the services that deliver them to us (our email provider and our database host) and, for sprinkler or extinguisher inspections, the partner company performing that work.

Account security

We never ask for your alarm passcode, verbal password, or payment card number through this website. Changes to emergency contacts or passcodes are confirmed by phone at the number on file before they take effect. Payments are taken by phone, by mail, or through a payment page we link to from the Customers page; this site itself never stores payment details.

Monitoring data

Signals from your alarm system go to the central monitoring station, not to this website. Remote control and video access for your system are provided through your Alarm.com account, which is governed by Alarm.com’s privacy policy.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this site, email service@cisalarm.com or call 972-241-2299. Information tied to an active monitoring account is kept for as long as the account is open and as required by Texas licensing rules.
