Who actually monitors my alarm system?

All CIS systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, right here in Dallas by our UL listed Monitoring Station. We have professionally licensed and trained operators standing by to respond to any situation.

Can I afford a good reliable security system?

CIS can customize a security system to fit your business needs and your budget. All of our custom-designed systems are completely upgradeable, which allows you to add additional protection as your budget or needs allow.

Does a monitored system qualify me for insurance discounts?

Once CIS completes the installation or hook-up and inspection of your system, we provide you with a Certificate of Monitoring for your insurance provider. Most insurance companies offer 10% to 20% discounts for having a monitored security/fire system.  Ask us about adding Water Leak Detection to your system for additional insurance discounts.

What if my system isn’t working correctly? Whom do I call?

You can contact our business office at 972-241-2299 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:00 pm) or our monitoring center at 877-354-7220. If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone and the assistance of one of our technicians is necessary, we will be glad to schedule a service call that is convenient with your schedule or we offer 24-hour EMERGENCY SERVICE at Emergency Service Rates.

What if I want to refer a friend or neighbor to CIS?

We consider customer referrals as the highest praise our customers can give us, and many of our current customers have referred friends or family members to us. To take advantage of our referral program simply notify any of our representatives of the referral and if the customer signs up for service with us, you will receive three months of free monitoring! It’s our way of saying thank you for the confidence you’ve placed in us.
